Yoga Equipment

Passive movements and stretches with the assistance and comfort of props-bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps. They aid in supporting the body in different poses for a length of time, usually 15 -20 minutes. It helps to focus on the tension and pain in the body bringing our nervous system into a state of recuperation. Releasing endorphins and seratonin. This is a practice of stillness that leads to healing , rest and replenish. 


Topical use of essential oils and blends which aids in calming anxious feelings, relaxing muscles, soothes irritated tissue and comforts upset emotions. Added benefits to the body are a reduction in inflammation and immune support. Inhalation of these selected essential oil blends can communicate signals to the olfactory system, our sense of smell, by stimulating the brain to exert neurotransmitters - serotonin , dopamine then turn help regulate emotions and moods and puts us in homeostasis

Mindful Eating

Using our 5 senses of sight, sound, smell, touch and taste while eating. Accessing our inner and outer wisdom proper nourishment for our individual body's need. It helps to free our obsession with food, weight and body image; liberating us from diet mentality. It can also aid in recognizing fullness and satiety cues and bring awarness to positive qualities of food.
